Established in 1968, our mission at Bogman has been to serve as the premier mortgage sub-servicer for State and County Housing Authorities. Bogman's focus is exclusively on comprehensive mortgage servicing, as we do not originate or solicit any loan products.

Bogman is well versed in communicating with Housing Authorities, their borrowers and in dealing with all their unique specifications. Our relationship with our existing Housing Authority investors has proven to be a valuable public-private partnership, which has allowed Housing Authorities to customize the servicing to their own needs, without investing the capital in the creation of an in-house servicing platform.

Bogman's staff includes some of the most experienced management and operational personnel to be found in the mortgage servicing industry today. Much of Bogman's staff has over 10 years of mortgage servicing experience and many managers exceed 20 years in the industry.

Over 30% of our staff are dedicated to default resolution, which contributes to our consistent HUD Tier 1 Loss Mitigation Rating. Helping borrowers stay in their homes is central to our business focus and works in communion with the homeownership goals of all government Housing Authorities.
